| Some engine modifications parts Legal for racing vehicles only , which may never be used upon a highway. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges on special order items. We require a minimum 50% nonrefundable deposit on special order items. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days. No returns, exchanges or refunds on Discontinued items. No cash refunds, store credit only. A 20% processing fee will be charged on all Authorized Returned Merchandise or Cancelled orders. Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused and in original saleable packaging. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No item may be returned without our having issued a prior return authorization, (R.A. #). Returns sent without an R.A. # will be refused. No returns on electrical parts. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Customer will be responsible for any and all fees associated with non payment. Parts will remain property of Upgrade Motoring until payment is received in full. Parts not picked up or paid in full within 7 days are subject to restocking fees and/or loss of deposit. Shipping shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Inspect your package when it arrives and note ANY damage above your signature and notify the driver.
